LIVE at The Rosebud: July 9, 10, 11, 12, 2025
Somewhere between tradition and discovery lies progress. This weekend marks the 43rd Annual Umpqua Flatheads Graffiti Night Cruise- a tried and true Douglas County tradition! It is an honor to be part of such a long-running festival celebrating a truly American lifestyle of hot-rods and rock ‘n’ roll.
Tradition is the lens through which we gain perspective – the watermark of an era, against which we measure our generation’s storms. Some traditions fizzle or fade, others adapt, and the best of them keep coming back around, stronger than ever, year after year. Without a window to the past there is no path to the future. Without the Model T there is no Tesla. Without Chuck Berry there is no Kendrick Lamar. So come downtown this weekend not just to celebrate the past, but to embrace the harmonic extensions of the future!
Wednesday July 9th, Mexico City’s A Love Electric takes the stage for a night of power psych, punk jazz, and post-genre freak rock. “Think Band of Gypsys meets Kerouac on a beach in Mexico.” Experimental surf jazz and spoken word poetry, come see what happens! Get your tickets here!
Thursday July 10th, Nina & the Rebel Rockers bring the good vibes with their unique Pacific Northwest blend of rock, reggae, and R&B, with a touch of metal. Come get in the groove! Get your tickets here!
Friday July 11th, dig the cutting edge of modern jazz with the J.E.T. Trio. Tenor saxophonist Tyler Wattner joins bassist Judah Sensabaugh and drummer Evan Furrow for a chord-less night of American classics and improvisation before returning to their jazz studies in New York and Texas. Get your tickets here!
