The Rosebud Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February, 7th, 2026

By purchasing a Rosebud Club membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership Overview

The Rosebud Club is a voluntary membership program offered by The Rosebud Theatre. Membership benefits vary by tier and may include perks such as ticket access, discounts, special invitations, or other experiential benefits as described at the time of purchase.

Memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis unless otherwise specified.

2. Billing & Renewal

  • Monthly memberships renew automatically each month.

  • Annual memberships renew automatically each year.

  • Membership fees are charged to the payment method on file unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting The Rosebud Theatre. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or benefits.

3. Changes to Membership Benefits

The Rosebud Theatre reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue membership benefits at any time due to:

  • Artist availability

  • Scheduling changes

  • Capacity limits

  • Economic or operational considerations

Any changes will be made in good faith and with the intent of maintaining the overall value of the membership.

Membership benefits are not guaranteed for every event and may be subject to availability, blackout dates, or capacity limits.

4. Event Access & Capacity

The Rosebud Theatre is an intimate venue with limited capacity.

  • Membership perks such as early access, discounts, or complimentary items do not guarantee entry to sold-out events.

  • Some events may be excluded from certain benefits at the discretion of the venue (e.g., third-party rentals, special ticketed events).

5. Non-Transferability

Rosebud Club memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use unless otherwise stated in a specific tier description. Benefits may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

6. Venue Operations & Temporary Closures

The Rosebud Theatre may occasionally need to:

  • Pause programming

  • Temporarily close

  • Adjust operating hours

In the event of a temporary closure, memberships will remain active unless otherwise communicated. No refunds are guaranteed during temporary closures, though The Rosebud Theatre may choose to extend memberships or offer alternative benefits at its discretion.

7. Permanent Closure

In the event that The Rosebud Theatre permanently ceases operations:

  • Monthly memberships will be canceled automatically.

  • Annual memberships will not be renewed.

  • Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Member Conduct

Members are expected to follow venue policies and conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, performers, and fellow patrons. The Rosebud Theatre reserves the right to revoke membership without refund for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates venue policies.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued membership participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
