LIVE at The Rosebud: September 25, 26, 27, & October 1, 2025
Morning dew, dwindling daylight, and falling leaves of red and gold signal the arrival of Autumn. As the evening overcomes the afternoon with its cool air and inviting glow, the night-life beckons! With our new music-infused mocktail menu, upgraded sound system, and an eclectic lineup of four or more shows per week, The Rosebud strives to be the beating heart of Downtown’s Roseburg’s burgeoning night-life. Grab your coat and your dancing shoes and join us for an incredible musical season!
Here’s what we have for you this week…
Thursday, September 25th:
Northern California’s jamgrass sensation Broken Compass Bluegrass takes the stage for an all-ages hootenanny! With their electrifying presence, rich harmonies, and intricate instrumental interplay, Broken Compass Bluegrass have established themselves as one of California’s most exciting and fast-rising bands.
Friday, September 26th:
Country-western meets garage-rock with an all-ages high-energy performance by Portland’s Jenny Don’t and The Spurs. Characterized by driving tempos, gritty fuzz tones, and a high-octane rockin’ western delivery, Jenny Don’t and The Spurs embody the authentic outlaw spirit in a modern world.
Saturday, September 27th:
Join us for a night of stand-up comedy with headliner “Portland’s Funniest Person” winner Nariko Ott and featuring novelist / comic Chadhurst Jainlett Sharpe. Hosted by local funnyman Andy Hill.
Wednesday, October 1st:
Experience a triple-feature of savage folk, rockabilly, and Americana with “The Dirty Old One Man Band” Scott H. Biram, Sasquatch & the Sick-a-Billys, and Author Buezo! Savage folk solo artist Author Buezo kicks off the evening, followed by the bloody fingertips and soul-haunting voice of Sasquatch & the Sick-a-Billys. Scott H. Biram closes the show, stilling the room with haunting South Texas blues, then turning it upside down into a truck driver’s mosh pit. Don’t miss this!
We had an inspirational five-show week with T-Bone Stone’s Old School Blues Jam, Alaska’s Blackwater Railroad Company, Grateful Dead torchbearers Mason’s Children, punk rockers Generic and Stick Buck, and Roseburg’s Second Chance Blues Band! Thank you to all the incredible musicians, to our awesome team, and to YOU, for logging off, tuning in, and dropping by The Rosebud Theatre. Happy Fall!
