Here’s what we have for you this week…

Wednesday, October 21st:

Pat Byrne LIVE at The Rosebud // $15 // All Ages // Doors 6pm, Show 7pm // Singer-Songwriter, Folk, Americana

Pat Byrne migrated from Ireland to Austin, Texas in late 2017. Since then, he has melded two musical cultures known for introspective lyricism and raw, from-the-heart emotion - with spectacular results.

“When you combine the transcendent poetry of Bob Dylan with the gritty, real-world rock-n-roll storytelling Bruce Springsteen made so famous, and add a dash of the political activism embodied by Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger, you’ll have Irish singer-songwriter Pat Byrne.” -Folk Alley at 30A Songwriters Festival

“Pat Byrne lives in Austin and traffics in the kind of earnest roots rock championed by artists like Shakey Graves. His voice and songwriting chops show the reason he’s attracted a lot of attention.” -Tom Thornton, Riff Magazine

December 2021 saw Byrne’s Into The Light, named a top 10 album of the year by the Austin American Statesman. He was also awarded the Black Fret “Member’s Choice” grant as one of the top three vote recipients of the member vote allocation process. Join him for an intimate performance at The Rosebud Theatre!

Thursday, October 22nd:

Leila Naderi LIVE at The Rosebud, ft. Justus Mackintosh, Jeff Plummer, Tommy Whiteside // $15 // All Ages // Doors 6pm, Show 7pm // R&B, Soul, Jazz

Leila Naderi (born February 1, 1985) is an American-Canadian vocalist, pianist, composer, and arranger. Known for her undeniably unique voice, this Persian Jewish city girl is blazing a new path and bringing scores of audience members with her.

Reviews say she is a “truly authentic artist in modernity” (Capital News July 2026) and gives delicate piano-driven storytelling with soaring vocals as she blends R&B, New Soul, Jazz, and Classical influences.

Taking a courageous and bold risk with this physical-only release, this powerhouse vocalist and composer successfully 20x’d a decade of streaming income in the first two weeks of pre-sales. Without streaming availability, listeners only have a few ways of hearing her new music.

She was generously supported with a recording grant from CreativeBC and the Government of British Columbia for the project wherein she arranged her original music for horns, strings, choir, piano, bass, synth and drums and created a deeply personal exploration of identity, loss, love, and feminine power that levels up a historical lineage of popular soulful female vocalists.

Formerly known as Leila Neverland, with this release Naderi reclaims her birth name and embraces her Persian and Jewish heritage in a bold new chapter of her musical career, one re-dedicated to the fiercely human experiences of emotion, togetherness, and physicality.

Friday, October 23rd:

India Ramey & The Waymores LIVE at The Rosebud // $15 Presale, $20 at The Door // All Ages // Doors 6pm, Show 7pm // Country, Honky-Tonk, Outlaw

India Ramey is a commanding live performer whose blend of outlaw swagger and Southern Gothic intensity has made her a standout on stages across the country. Freshly signed to Copaco/Blue Élan Records, Ramey is entering a powerful new era, backed by producer and label head Eric Corne and with a brand new album out, she is hitting the road.

Praised by Rolling Stone (“10 New Country Artists You Need To Know”) and hailed by Saving Country Music as “the kind of artist who might actually haul off and do it,” Ramey has earned a reputation for shows that cut straight to the bone—equal parts electric, cathartic, and fiercely engaging. Her 2024 album Baptized By the Blaze became her most celebrated yet, landing on year-end lists from No Depression, American Songwriter, and Saving Country Music.

With a new label partnership and fresh material ready to roll out, India Ramey is poised for a breakout touring cycle in 2026 and into 2027.  With honky-tonk swagger, dark storytelling, and an undeniable stage presence, her live show is raw, cinematic, and impossible to forget.

Straight out of Atlanta, GA, The Waymores are the real-deal honky-tonk duo keeping country music raw, road-worn, and rooted in truth. Fronted by husband-and-wife team Kira Annalise and Willie Heath Neal, the pair mix unique vocal stylings, unvarnished storytelling, and a wry sense of humor into a sound that’s equal parts classic country grit and modern Americana soul.

Whether they’re tipping their hats to tradition or twisting it with a modern grin, The Waymores keep one boot in the past and one on the gas. For them, country music isn’t about costumes or trends, it’s about stories worth telling, songs worth singing, and the miles between every honky-tonk along the way.

Saturday, October 24th:

Ghost Ballads: Songs of Murder / The Dark Side of Bluegrass: Josh Gross & Quartz Creek LIVE at The Rosebud // The Dark Side of Bluegrass - Quartz Creek // $20 // 21+ // Doors 6pm, Show 7pm // Folk, Murder Ballads, Bluegrass

Nationally recognized writer and musician Josh Gross presents a riveting, poignant, and strangely funny new one-man music/storytelling show exploring the literary and narrative history of murder ballads: a centuries-old folk music tradition of recounting and often justifying notorious crimes in song. But here, the songs, and the crimes they are based on, are given a supernatural twist, and told from the perspectives of the ghosts of the victims instead of from those of the killers. Part musical performance, part campfire story, part history lesson, part confessional, The Ghost Ballads puts a supernatural twist on a centuries-old musical tradition to present it in an entirely new light. The show will contain mature topics and themes.

The performance will be followed by a set of traditional Appalachian murder ballads from Rogue Valley bluegrass supergroup, Quartz Creek, featuring Tristan Moonbow Jensen of Moonbow, James McCoy of Crooken Heart, Coleman Antonucci, and Jack Worman.

Tuesday, October 27th:
