LIVE at The Rosebud: January 28, 29, 30, 31 & February 1, 2026

Why do we do it? The grueling hours, the endless workload, the social exhaustion… Is it for us? The amazing shows, the musical connections, and the glory of being a small business owner in 2026? Is it for you? The historic town, the rural community, and the changing economy?

After much deliberation and existential panic, we have decided that, mostly, we do it for the future of music. For the independent touring artists, the up-and-coming local bands, and the undiscovered virtuosos looking for a break. We do it in defiance of artistic gatekeepers like Ticket Master and culture-killing social media conglomerates. We do it to preserve, maintain, and celebrate the creative spirit of humanity.

After each show, I see the future of independent music glow a little brighter in the eyes of both the performers and the patrons, and all the exhaustion and anxiety melts into the satisfaction of knowing that together, we can make a difference.

Here’s what we have for you this week…
