LIVE at The Rosebud: January 22, 23, 24, 25, 2026

In these strange and unprecedented times, art for arts sake becomes more than just entertainment or escape: it is a testament to our humanity. Now more than ever we need art and music to remind us who we are, where we came from, and why we’re here. So next time the political or technological news gets you down, drop by The Rosebud and witness the manmade miracle of musical expression and human connection in real time.

Here’s what we have for you this week…

Thursday, January 22nd:

The Pacific Northwest’s celebrated banjo picker, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and Americana representative Tony Furtado brings his legendary quartet featuring 5-time Grand National Fiddle Champion Luke Price, hammer dulcimer virtuoso Simon Chrisman (Jeremy Kittel Band, The Bee Eaters) and Tony and Grammy award-winning double bassist Todd Sickafoose (Ani DiFranco, Tiny Resistors) for a dynamic evening of wide-ranging American roots music.

Friday, January 23rd:

Reno Nevada’s psychedelic rhythm and blues band The Sand Gators teams up with Roseburg rock ‘n’ rollers Widespread Haze for a high energy evening of original fuzzed-out rock and soul. The Sand Gators’ Spencer Kilpatrick’s gravelly vocals and raw, honest lyrics drive the rock ‘n’ roll quintet’s irresistible grooves to the dance floor and beyond, blurring the lines between psychedelia, funk, and song.

Saturday, January 24th:

Eugene’s boot-stompin’, gritty, and bourbon flavored Alder Street returns with their mold-breaking punk bluegrass sound. Inspired by everything from Iron Maiden to Bill Monroe, Alder Street seamlessly fuses traditional bluegrass with a rock ‘n’ roll backbeat and virtuosic vocals with a touch of humor.
