LIVE at The Rosebud: April 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 2026

This week’s forecast includes Bluesy Jams Wednesday with 99% chance of shredding guitar solos, Classic Rock Tribute Thursday Evening with a 66% chance of hellfire. Friday evening we’ve got some artsy folk-punk rolling in, then jazz on the horizon late Friday night into Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon expect Karaoke and donuts, but layer up for some Indie Spankwave Saturday evening. And finally, Monday 4/20, hazy skies bring folky jam-band vibes for the controversial holiday.

Here’s what we have for you this week…

Mistress of Reality: World's First All-Female Tribute to Black Sabbath // $25 Presale, $30 at the Door // All Ages // Doors 7pm, Show 8pm // Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, Tribute

You met them last year as AC/DC Tribute “Herway to Hell”. Now they’re back to celebrate the late Prince of Darkness and his band of legends. Don’t miss the World's 1st all female tribute to Black Sabbath & Ozzy Osbourne: Mistress of Reality!

In the summer of 2002, when the world was a very different place, the original founding members of Mistress of Reality came together as the first women to celebrate The Godfathers of Heavy Metal, Black Sabbath.

Known as the dark Goddesses of the tribute scene these 4 talented ladies toured both the US and Europe for more than 2 decades. They channel the music's heavy rumble and back it with the pure rock solid leaded loudness that became Black Sabbath's trademark sound.

The ladies pay tribute to both Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne's solo career. They perform his classic hits such as Crazy Train, I Don't Know and Flying High Again. A Mistress of Reality show promises to deliver a big Rock arena feel with the energy of true "Girl Power" that will have everyone on their feet!

Friday, April 17th:

Insomniac Folklore w/ Kevin Schlereth & Christine Elise // $10 Presale, $15 at the Door // All Ages // Doors 6pm, Show 7pm // Art Rock, Post-Folk, Experimental

Insomniac Folklore is art rock for everyone. For over 2 decades they have been serving up their unique brand of theatrical post-punk in bars, theaters, coffeehouses, convention halls, rock clubs and festivals across the United States. Dancing fearlessly between the silly and the sacred, between ecstasy and existential dread, their performances invite deep energetic connections and spiritual exploration that are engaging for all, transformative for the brave!

Kevin Schlereth, as a traveling musical entity, is about family, friendship, intimacy, and intentionality. Their primary aim is to develop long term relationships through recurring shared experiences.

With Roseburg singer-songwriter Christine Elise.

Saturday, April 18th:

combobox LIVE at The Rosebud, w/ Sellout, James & The Lost Dogs // $15 // All Ages // Doors 6pm, Show 7pm // Alt-Punk, Spankwave, Indie Rock

Portland’s combobox makes precision-cut, high-energy alt-punk they’ve nicknamed spankwave, with songs that snap, grin, and go. Imagine the nervy angles and deadpan wit of Talking Heads colliding with the hair-trigger dynamics of System of a Down. Modern peers include Gustaf and early Bloc Party. The writing is compact, with most tracks landing well under three minutes, and the live show mirrors that economy. Minimal time between songs; maximum momentum. Crowds skank, a little pit bubbles up, and the band’s black and white jumpsuit uniform turns the stage into a blinking logo.

Hailing from Roseburg, Oregon, James and the Lost Dogs blend blues-infused alt rock with a sharp lyrical wit that turns everyday curiosities into big philosophical questions — sometimes very big. (Their fan-favorite single Dust Mites in My Eyes wonders whether the microscopic creatures on your eyelashes write poetry or fall in love.)

With Roseburg’s own alternative rock sensation Sellout.

Monday, April 20th:
