LIVE at The Rosebud: March 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 2026

From bluegrass to blues, emo to reggae, we’ve got a show this weekend for whatever you’re into. Join us for five nights in a row of live music at The Rosebud Theatre in downtown Roseburg!

Here’s what we have for you this week…

Wednesday, March 25th:

Progressive Bluegrass with Caltucky LIVE at The Rosebud // ALL AGES // Doors at 6pm, Show at 7pm // $12 presale, $15 at the door

Born in the foothills of Northern California, Caltucky is a progressive bluegrass band forging a sound as wild and genuine as the landscapes they come from. Merging the technical precision of traditional string music with the improvisational freedom of jam and Americana, Caltucky brings a modern spark to mountain-born roots. With fiery banjo, soulful fiddle, and fearless harmonies, their sound sits somewhere between the mountains and the cosmos — high-energy, heartfelt, and impossible to stand still to.

Thursday, March 26th:

Anni Piper LIVE at The Rosebud // $20 presale, $25 at the door // ALL AGES // Doors at 6pm, Show at 7pm // Blues

One listen will tell you why in her homeland Anni Piper is known as the First Lady of Blues. Not only is she a sultry vocalist, but an insightful composer, accomplished bass player and show stopping performer. Born and raised in Australia, her passion for blues was ignited by the sound of Stevie Ray Vaughan. Piper has called the United States home since 2014.

Friday, March 27th:

Sellout, Tarantula Trust Fund LIVE at The Rosebud // All Ages // Doors at 7pm, Show at 8pm // $10 // Alternative, Emo, Indie

Join Roseburg’s alternative rock group Sellout and emo math-rock band Tarantula Trust Fund as they rock the Rosebud.

Saturday, March 28th:

Melissa Ruth & The Likely Stories LIVE at The Rosebud // $15 // ALL AGES // Doors at 6pm, Show at 7pm // Blues, Country, Rock'n'Roll

North Country Western Blues band Melissa Ruth & The Likely Stories grease it up and knock it out. See for yourself. Melissa's music is firmly rooted in the rural West. Through her distinctive voice and adept songwriting, she leads listeners through the timber and mining towns that speckle her part of the world while weaving throughout stories of grit, determination, and precious joy. The Likely Stories are an all-star line up of Douglas County music educators and musicians including Rebekah Kroll on bass, Kaitlyn Barrett on drums, Matt Hill on keys and trumpet and Johnny Leal on guitar.

Sunday, March 29th:

Vana Liya LIVE at The Rosebud! All Ages // $15 presale, $20 at the door // Doors at 6pm, Show at 7pm // Island Vibe

Genre-busting vocalist and songwriter Vana Liya made a serendipitous arrival on the music scene after she posted several ukulele covers of popular reggae songs to social media, which garnered the support of top original artists and led to a 2018 record deal with band Pepper's L.A.-based LAW Records, becoming their first female and first solo artist. She has since been quickly earning a reputation among many of her well-established musical peers as a solid collaborator who always brings a fresh take and positive energy to the mix with her distinct yet not easily classifiable “island” vibe. With Eugene’s reggae jammers Ganja Marines.

Thank you to T. Bone Stone and all the blues jammers, folk-jazz twins The Howard Brothers, bluesmen Brian James & The Revival, rock ‘n’ rollers Billy & The Box Kid, and soul vocal trio Chrysalis Sisters, for an incredible last week at The Rosebud. Thank you to our team, our patrons, and to you, for logging off, tuning in, and dropping by The Rosebud Theatre.
